Free, non-commercial service
Savoureux.fr does not sell products or services, offer paid subscriptions, display advertising, use affiliate links or enter into paid partnerships. Creating an account, browsing, generating, voting on and submitting recipes are free. If this model changes, this notice will be updated before the relevant feature is enabled.
Intellectual property
The Savoureux.fr name, logo, interface, editorial writing, commissioned photographs, databases and code are protected, where the relevant conditions are met, by applicable intellectual-property rules. Substantial reproduction or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission. Third-party marks and content remain their owners' property.
Community contributions
Anyone submitting a recipe or photograph confirms that they created it or hold all necessary rights and permissions, including for images, recognisable people and third-party material. Contributors retain ownership of their rights.
The contributor grants Savoureux.fr a free, non-exclusive, worldwide permission, lasting while the content is made available, to host, reproduce, display, communicate to the public, adapt it to the site's technical formats and present it on digital channels operated by Savoureux.fr. This permission is limited to operating, moderating, making accessible and presenting the site and contribution. The contributor's display name or username accompanies publication. Formatting, spelling, presentation and food-safety corrections must not distort the recipe; a substantial change requires the contributor's agreement or a new submission.
Contributors may request removal at bonjour@savoureux.fr. Savoureux.fr will then remove the publication within a reasonable period, subject to legal obligations, the establishment or defence of rights and search-engine cache delays. Incomplete, misleading, unlawful, dangerous or rights-infringing material may be rejected, edited, unpublished or removed.
Terms of use
Accounts must use truthful information and must not bypass technical protections, quotas or moderation. Spam, impersonation, abusive automated extraction, injection attempts and unlawful or dangerous material are prohibited. Savoureux.fr may restrict a feature or account to protect the service and its users.
Reporting and appeals
Any user may report a recipe, photograph, profile or conduct to bonjour@savoureux.fr, stating the page address, the precise reason and, where possible, material that helps verify the report. Reports receive human review. The affected author is told why a restriction was imposed where the law and individual safety permit. They may request another review at the same address and identify the decision they dispute. Clearly abusive or repeated reports may be dismissed.
Recipes, allergies and generated content
Recipes are supplied for information. Users must check allergens, labels, cross-contamination, ingredient freshness and safe cooking for their own circumstances. Automatically created recipes are identified, are not presented as tested and must be reviewed before cooking or publication.
Liability and governing version
Savoureux.fr works to provide useful information and a reliable service but cannot guarantee that every error or interruption will be absent. External links lead to independent services with their own terms. French law governs the site subject to mandatory applicable rules. If translations differ, the French legal notice is the reference version.

Processing purposes, providers, retention and user rights are set out in the privacy policy.
